What is your typical process for working with a new client?

This job is fulfilling in so many different ways. I still get an adrenaline rush when I'm introduced to a potential new client. I like to set the tone early that the process is a bit more complicated, convoluted, and unpredictable than many people presume. My intent is not to scare a new client away but to be transparent. I think it instills confidence in the fact that I'll always be truthful. Every transaction seems to be its own unique adventure.

I enjoy solving problems and working thru any and all issues that may arise.

What makes your business stand apart?

I grew up in a family business and was taught the importance of service early on in my life. As far as I'm concerned, the core principles of a real estate transaction are service and communication. Generally, people do not make decisions if they are uncomfortable. I put all of my effort into making sure clients are well informed and educated. The last thing I want to happen is rushing someone into a decision they may regret or have second thoughts on later.

What do clients have to say about you?

Thank you so much for all your great help on the recent sale of our home. From start to finish, you were personable and professional. Your vast knowledge of the real estate market really helped us to price appropriately and sell quickly. What struck us as most impressive was your response to the issues that arose from the inspection. You provided us with the guidance and connections to assess and rectify the situation reasonably, effectively, and most importantly, timely.

From the early stages of the clean out, through identifying and overseeing a general contractor, to the listing and sale, Bob was exceedingly professional, knowledgeable, responsive, transparent and trustworthy.
