What's your background, education and training?

I have an extensive background in interior design that has been highly beneficial to both my buyers and my sellers. I made the leap into real estate over 30 years ago, and my extensive experience in real estate is now approaching an unprecedented $2 billion in career closed sales.

What is your typical process for working with a new client?

Listen, listen and listen to your clients' needs and desires. It is very important to respect what they are looking for in a property. My willingness to work around their schedules, timelines and making sure that I am available every step of the way to help them navigate the process is critical. . .and I answer my phone!

What advice would you give a client looking to find a provider in your specialty?

Do your homework, and go with the #1 broker in your market! By aligning yourself with the #1 broker, the buyer or seller has the advantage of having access to very important market intel, which will help them make the best decisions possible, whether it is buying or selling.

What inspired your passion for your profession?

My background in interior design allows me the ability to look at properties, floor plans and design and identify where changes can be made to create value, or flow in a home where others may not be able to see past the property's current condition.

What services are you most excited to offer?

One of the privileges of working with me is my on-demand concierge service that I can offer my clients - Both buyers and sellers have access to the tried and true trades-people that will help them through the process. From builders, to attorneys, handymen to painters and plumbers, you name it - I can have the best of the best available at their disposal in a very timely fashion!

What is the best reaction you’ve ever received from a client?

"...will you marry me?"

After pitching a listing, going through a very detailed CMA presentation and sharing my stats, a gentleman turned to me and said, ""....Will you marry me"

What makes your business stand apart?

I maintain a high level of professionalism. I am available 24/7 and I am always fresh and forward in my thinking and my approach to the way that I market a listing and work with the changing needs of my clients.
