What is your typical process for working with a new client?

Our business is based on relationships and client referrals so it is imperative that we first and foremost have an opportunity to meet with and get to know our clients and their real estate goals. A comprehensive analysis and marketing plan is then developed and presented to sellers. We then provide them with the necessary resources to ready their property for sale including professional stagers, photographers, and other related services. For buyers, we strive to streamline the process by referring them to loan originators and utilizing the latest technology to help them target properties that meet their search criteria. Once we have identified a buyer’s perfect match, we will recommend home inspectors, attorneys for the drafting of the purchase and sale and subsequent closing. Our team approach ensures that whether buying or selling, clients receive the perfect combination of personal interaction, advanced technology and top negotiating skills.

Our team collectively has 50+ years in the real estate business. There is not a scenario that we have not encountered. We have seen it all. The integration of the latest technologies methodologies along with our extensive real estate experience allows the team to stay ahead of the ever changing curve. This enables us to provide superior customer service to our clients by being able to educate them regarding market conditions with up to the minute data and personal service. The teams goal is to market the prospective properties over a multi-tired media platform. The majority of the team currently or previously have resided within the communities that we predominantly service. This gives us an inside and in depth knowledge of the communities themselves.
