What is your typical process for working with a new client?

A typical process with a new Client includes a consultation meeting in order to educate the Buyer or Seller on current market conditions. With a high level of empathy, I will hand hold the new Client throughout the process.

What makes your business stand apart?

With a corporate background and high attention to detail, I am able to provide a positive impact on the real estate transaction. I think of myself as a Business Partner helping to make an well thought out decision.

What do clients have to say about you?

Dino was referred to us by a broker who we have been working with here in CA, and was impressed with his reviews. He was very accommodating & had already mapped out a marketing plan. He helped us 101% with our tenants’ move-out process. Dino literally cleaned the condo himself to get the unit presentable. When we received offers, he very professionally negotiated for us, getting an offer 7.8% above our listing price. All through escrow, he made sure that we were on track & that the sale closed as scheduled. He worked very closely with the HOA board to obtain everything that was required of us as sellers. He was very attentive of our concerns & addressed them with expertise, in a very timely manner.
