I will take the lead from the client in terms of whether they would like to meet in person or if they are comfortable discussing things over the phone or via email. Whatever makes sense for the client time in terms of time and schedule I do try to work with. Every client and every circumstance is different as is the process.
I would advise them to work with the expert in the area they are focusing on whether it is selling or buying. They benefit in all aspects of the transaction by being represented by the top agents in the area.
