Born and raised in the suburbs of Newton, Eric studied sales and marketing at Babson College before turning his attention to real estate. He currently resides in the South End with his two little girls. “I see myself both as a bridge for empty nesters who are new to the city and as someone who can relate to those with young children who want to move out to the suburbs,” he says. What is your typical process for working with a new client?

- Meet them in person in a casual location or at their home

- Ask them their goals (investment/long term/short term/flip)

- Go through the buying process or go through selling process

- Provide a hard booklet on what I do and have done and it provides my numbers and sold's

What advice would you give a client looking to find a provider in your specialty?

- Take your time

- Be smart

- Don't spend more even if you have it

- Depends on their goals as I advise them differently"

How many years have you been in business?

I've been in the real estate business since 2006, shortly before the whole market crashed.

"Eric worked with us for months trying to find us the right place. Any time we saw a house that we liked, he would give us his honest opinion. He even discouraged us from buying some houses that were not right for us. So rather than making quick money, he did what was right and made sure we got what we were looking for. Once we found a house, Eric was fantastic about negotiating with the sellers agent to get us a good price. And after the closing, he continued to help us find contractors to fix up the place. Throughout the process Eric was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend him for anyone that is undertaking the brutal process of searching for a house."

Family time is incredibly important to me. I enjoy Cooking for my 2 little girls, Callie and Kori (6 and almost 5). I make them breakfast and dinner almost everyday like my grandmother use to do. I also love to travel, dance and drive fast.
