Coming from a family with a real estate background, Curley decided to also channel his knowledge and love of his city into real estate. Curley believes that making transactions fun is a big part in making transactions successful. Curley starts by always scheduling a consultation to discuss the entire process. With buyers, Curley spends a weekend with the client “speed dating” open houses with the understanding of not buying any of them. This allows his clients to preview as many properties as possible and allows Curley to get to know his client and their goals. For sellers, Curley discusses various marketing options for how they can market the property and what further investment they may want to consider before launching the listing. Curley is extremely client-focused, and as a result, he has built his business on referrals.

First always like to speak to new clients over the phone to at-least give them immediate response and get some background on what they're looking for. Then I like to schedule a consult to discuss the home selling / buying process, client expectations, market trends and the clients timeline. If the client is a buyer, I then like to take them out to open houses as I call it ""speed dating"" with the notion that they will not be buying but to see how the market responds to the listings and also gives me ideas on what their needs and wants are.
For a seller I will discuss with them options on how they would like to market the property and what further investment they may want to consider before launching the listing. Scheduling a professional photo shoot and designing a marketing campaign that suits their needs.
Learned that pursuing a career with more personal interaction was his true passion. It helps to connect with clients on a personal level to better assist with their needs.
