What's your background, education and training?

Degree in Psychology from Umass Amherst. Worked for six years in the social work industry. Naturally, that experience has allowed me to understand people more and navigate the emotions associated with a sale.

What is your typical process for working with a new client?

The first important step is building a rapport with a client and working with them to evaluate their needs. Many think the evaluation process is just how many bedrooms/baths but there is so much more that that involved.

What advice would you give a client looking to find a provider in your specialty?

Take your time. Ask your friends for recommendations. Work with someone who is more about making a client rather than a sale. Buying or selling a home takes more than a fancy presentation.

What inspired your passion for your profession?

Understanding what a home offers to a person. It truly is one's castle regardless of it's shape or size.

What services are you most excited to offer?

I love our marketing approach. I believe my team and I really set the bar for how a home is presented to the public online.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever received from a client?

Happy tears. My clients satisfaction is what it is all about. It's also nice when they then begin to refer you to everyone you know.

My consistent approach to helping my clients intelligently navigate the Greater Boston Real Estate Market.

What do clients have to say about you?

I wish I knew! Kidding... I think most of my clients end up being part of my life. We become friends. I watch their families grow. I guide them through upsizing or downsizing, investing in the market, or cashing out of the market. The relationships my clients offer me is truly what keeps me in the business.

Any other information you’d like to provide – Hobbies, etc.

Like most busy agents, I'm constantly trying to find more time to dedicate to myself. In the free time I do have, I like to exercise, check out the hottest new restaurants, visit friends and family, and travel! Travel usually takes place when our local market calms down. I love seeing what life is like in other countries!
