The Eisnor Team joined Compass in 2018 to grow their expanding business and to leverage the technology tools offered to make the real estate experience more interactive for their clients. Our teams’ variety of skill sets cover real estate development and law, engineering, teaching and business management which allows us to offer our clients the utmost real estate experience and helps to set us apart from our competition.

What's your background, education and training?

I have a background in Real Estate Law and Real Estate Development. I received my Master's in Real Estate Development in 2011, and soon after received my real estate license in 2011. I worked as a relations manager for a Boston based law firm from 2011-2014. I am also licensed as a loan officer as well, but never practiced writing loans. I wanted to offer a comprehensive experience for my clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new client?

I generally offer a consultation for a first time client. I want to provide the buyer with a comprehensive real estate experience so they understand the market, the Compass buying experience, offer strategy and expectations as a first time home buyer.

What advice would you give a client looking to find a provider in your specialty?

This industry is relationship based, so building rapport and trust with your realtor is crucial. Also, finding a realtor that understands the market and economic trends of a particular area.

What inspired your passion for your profession?

My family has always been involved with real estate, so it was a natural progression for me. I love the process of assisting prospective clients with one of the biggest steps in their lives. Also, I received my degree in real estate development, so I wanted to apply my degree to the development side of residential real estate.
