What's your background, education and training?

Boston College B.S. in Finance. Member of the Massachusetts Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I have been in real estate for the past 15+ years working with first time homebuyers and sellers, High end properties, investment properties, downsizes and families relocating from other areas of the country.

What is your typical process for working with a new client?

When I first start working with a new client it’s a good idea to get a feel for what they are looking for by setting up a time to meet, see a few houses that represent the different price points and styles and discuss the pros and cons of each house. From that point on I will keep that client abreast of any new listings and schedule times to view homes and continue our dialogue of feedback so I can best serve them.

What advice would you give a client looking to find a provider in your specialty?

Find and experienced agent that you are comfortable with. During a transaction experience matters. That goes for buyers and sellers. You must be able to work well together and have open communication and trust. Your agent should never pressure you into a deal you aren't totally comfortable with.

What inspired your passion for your profession?

I am a second generation realtor so it’s a profession I grew up with. I love personally helping people navigate such a large and personal decision of buying a home and with my finance background, being able to advise them in that capacity, I feel that real estate suits me well. I am lucky to be one of those people that honestly likes going to work every day.

What services are you most excited to offer?

My years of experience and volume of sales allow me to offer strong value data/market knowledge, deal experience, understanding of the process, strong negotiating skills and solid advice. For sellers in particular, not only do I provide complementary staging services to help them fill in some design gaps or more extensive staging as needed, but also an in-house marketing team, dedicated solely to my clients, to provide an individualized strategy to selling their home.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever received from a client?

I’ve gotten some very nice reactions from clients when I visit them post closing and they show me around the house and I see how happy they are and I have gotten some very thoughtful and kind remarks from clients that are selling a home in an estate or distressed situation. The gratitude they feel knowing I can take a lot off their plate during such an emotional time and the relief they feel. That’s a good feeling for me.
