Eric Tam is a resourceful real estate professional whose hyper-local roots and personal history have made him one of Greater Boston’s Top Real Estate Producers. Born and raised in the suburbs of Newton, Eric studied sales and marketing at Babson College before turning his attention to real estate. He currently resides in the South End with his two little girls. “I see myself both as a bridge for empty nesters who are new to the city and as someone who can relate to those with young children who want to move out to the suburbs,” he says. An artful negotiator, Eric strives to achieve the best value for his clients. “I believe that all homeowners should have the opportunity to build wealth through real estate,” he adds, “whether they’re savvy investors or first-time buyers.” In addition to proven experience in finding off-market opportunities for his clients and working with international investors, Eric is a development specialist whose current projects are reimagining your idea of sophistication in Brookline.

I've been in the real estate business since 2006, shortly before the whole market crashed.
"Eric was very attentive to our needs and wants. He found us the perfect grandparents apartment in the city!! Two and one half years later he remains in touch with us. Eric has also recommended a great contractor for our renovations."
"I met Eric 8 years ago when I was looking for a place to rent in the South End. What really struck me right from the beginning was that Eric really wanted to fully understand my personal situation and preferences before showing me various places. This meant that I never wasted my time looking at a place. Eric clearly understands that finding a home is a very personal experience and he has always been highly respectful of what I/we valued. Eric found two beautiful places for me and when I got married and was planning to buy in the South End, Eric took the time to advise us over the course of a year until he found our dream home for us (and our babies!!) in the South End. Eric knows every nook and cranny in the South End...and can advise you based on his incredible knowledge of the area. During the negotiations for the purchase of our home, we never worried because we knew he had our back. When the closing date was delayed, he even managed to negotiate a terrific deal with the moving company. In sum, Eric is one of the best realtors you will meet. Integrity, knowledge, superb negotiation skills - what else do you need?! Count yourself lucky to work with him!"
"Eric worked with us for months trying to find us the right place. Any time we saw a house that we liked, he would give us his honest opinion. He even discouraged us from buying some houses that were not right for us. So rather than making quick money, he did what was right and made sure we got what we were looking for. Once we found a house, Eric was fantastic about negotiating with the sellers agent to get us a good price. And after the closing, he continued to help us find contractors to fix up the place. Throughout the process Eric was quick to respond to any questions we had. I highly recommend him for anyone that is undertaking the brutal process of searching for a house."
Family time is incredibly important to me. I enjoy Cooking for my 2 little girls, Callie and Kori (6 and almost 5). I make them breakfast and dinner almost everyday like my grandmother use to do. I also love to travel, dance and drive fast.
