Sebastian’s Interactive Kitchen and Wave Health and Fitness will host a two-part healthy cooking series featuring nutritious recipes, cooking tips, and advice from certified dietitians. Tonight’s dinner will feature the president of the Massachusetts Dietetic Association as she discusses how to create a perfectly balanced dinner plate. A cooking demonstration, wine, and complete dinner will follow.

Then chow down on a four-course family-style dinner, including specialties like andouille and crawfish jambalaya, fried soft shell crabs, and slow roasted pork shoulder with spicy cracklin’s.
