Oh, the magic of Cinco de Mayo. Not nearly as rowdy as St. Patty’s Day in these parts but there’s always an air of devil-may-care when it falls on a weekday. Mostly because it’s an excuse to consume countless tacos and rivers of tequila. Writer Annie B.
