The 47th annual Head of the Charles Regatta takes place this weekend, and there’s an added bonus for those who attend this year: a food stand from the folks at Island Creek Oyster Bar.

We spoke with owner Garrett Harker, who says that gang will be selling chef Jeremy Sewall’s lobster rolls, clam chowder, crabcakes and oysters on the half shell. “The real experiment is selling oysters on the half shell to the public,” he says. “We are curious to see how that goes.”

Why the experiment—a bivalve-themed food truck in the works, perhaps? “I don’t know that we would do a food truck,” Harker says, thwarting our dreams of an oyster slider-mobile. Bummer. We do suspect, however, that if all goes well then we can expect to see more ICOB kiosks popping up at events in the future. Below, find a full look at the kiosk’s offerings (the stand will be located near the Harvard stadium at the end of the race).
