Today is a very special day for ice cream fiends: it’s free cone day at Ben & Jerry’s! From 12-8 p.m., scoop shops (located in the Prudential Center, on Newbury Street, at Park Plaza and in Harvard Square) will be offering a free small cone to all who dare to wait in a super long line for Ben & Jerry’s classics like New York Superfudge Chunk as well as newbies like frozen Greek yogurt. (We’ll be sticking to our tried-and-true favorite, AmeriCone Dream.)
