Guinness Dinner at Lincoln Tavern
Get in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day a bit early this year at Lincoln Tavern for their very first Guinness dinner. Sample some Smithwick’s with wood grilled salmon belly, Guinness black lager with hanger steak and roasted fingerling potatoes, and Guinness Extra Stout with smoked pork short ribs glazed in Guinness barbecue sauce. In addition to all the great food, guests will receive a complimentary, custom engraved pint glass.

Whiskey 101 at BCAE

Corned Beef and Cabbage Burrito at Anna’s Taqueria
Due to popular demand, Anna’s Taqueria is bringing back their annual corned beef and cabbage burrito on St. Patrick’s Day. It will only be available on Monday, March 17th starting at noon. The wrap is made with corned beef, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, cheese, and mustard.

Forum Bar & Restaurant
Get in the Gaelic spirit at Forum, where Executive Chef Dan Schroeder is offering his Irish burger topped with sliced corned beef, braised cabbage, Irish cheddar, and thousand island dressing. He’ll also be serving corned beef and cabbage egg rolls with a Harpoon Stout mustard dip. The price of admission includes one entree and a pint of Harpoon Irish Stout or an Erin’s Envy cocktail.

Beacon Hill Hotel & Bistro
Go beyond traditional corned beef and cabbage with a unique twist on Irish cuisine. Executive Chef Josh Lewin will start the evening off with Irish soda bread followed by a beef consomme and honey poached parsnip amuse-bouche. Appetizer options include Dublin coddle and Scotch eggs with confit potatoes. Guest can choose a main course of salmon with creamed leeks and oyster broth or lamb with minted greens, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Finally, for dessert, Chef Lewin has two stunning options: Guinness cake with caramel ice cream and shaved chocolate or juniper baked apple with soft basil cream.

The Beehive is teaming up with the Boston Irish Tourism Association for its 7th annual St. Patrick’s Day festivities. Eat Irish-American à la carte specials including grilled lamb and Colcannon mashed potatoes (mashed potatoes with cabbage) and finnan haddie smoked fish and chips. The bar will be serving the restaurant’s regular libations as well as traditional Irish cocktails featuring Kilbeggan’s Irish whiskey, Tyronnell’s 10-year port cask, and Connemara’s 12-year single malt. The Hive promises plenty of surprises throughout the night including Boston’s own Katie McD. The gifted troubadour will be performing traditional Irish folk music as well as her own compositions.

For its inaugural St. Patrick’s Day celebration, this newly opened brasserie and bar will bring a touch of Ireland to Harvard Square. Executive chef Rebecca Newell is partnering with the Boston Irish Tourism Association to serve up classics such as corned beef and cabbage and fish and chip with mushy peas, along with regular menu items like swordfish tacos and short rib lasagna. Take in some authentic entertainment from Boston-based musicians, Matt and Shannon Heaton, and enjoy one of the Beat’s 24 American wines on tap.

Zebra’s Bistro and Wine Bar
Chef Brendan Pelley brings Ireland to Zebra’s with corned beef, bangers and mash, and Guinness beef stew. Also, for those looking to avoid the rowdy crowds, Zebra’s sister company Perfect Pear Catering is offering a special to-go package for only $25 per person that includes a boiled dinner with all the fixings.
