Looking to kick back this Easter with friends, family, and maybe even a Bloody Mary or two. Even if you didn’t make that reservation already there’s no need to worry. We’ve compiled a list of some great brunch options that are slinging far more exciting fare than your regular quiche and eggs benny. How about Frosted Flakes French toast, a green eggs and ham pizza, or German schnitzel and biscuits? Here are eight tasty brunch ideas that are sure to please this Easter.

Beat Hôtel

Grab the kids and join the Beat Hôtel for a family-friendly Easter spread, which will include a seasonal prix fixe brunch, live jazz performances by the Gary Fieldman Trio and Doug Johnson, and a visit from the Easter bunny. As for the food, you’ll be able to enjoy seasonal dishes from Executive Chef Rebecca Newell, including spiced carrot soup, baked spiral ham with charred pineapple glaze, and roasted lamb shoulder with tomatoes and spring peas. The Beehive

The Beehive is celebrating Easter Sunday with a special three-course prix fixe brunch and live performances all day long  from Latin Jazz artist Renato Malavasi and Lefteris Kordis . The offerings will include Italian Easter egg drop soup, eggs benedict with ham, spinach, or short ribs, and blackened crackling ham with rum and raisin sauce. Plus, there will be a “Little Bee’s Kids Menu,” an easter egg hunt, and a visit from the Easter Bunny.

While all of Salvatore’s five Boston-area locations will be celebrating Easter Sunday with brunch, only the Salvatore’s Lawrence location will feature a Grande Brunch Buffet of hearty Italian and Easter dishes. You’ll be able to enjoy fresh baked pastries, Belgian waffles, savory omelets, classic neapolitan pizzas, stuffed shells, and even carved prime rib. And what’s brunch without dessert? Diners can indulge in a dessert station that will feature mini pastries, tortes, dessert bars, cannoli, brownies, and cookies.

BRONWYN

For something a little different this Easter, head to BRONWYN, where Chef Time Wiechmann and his wife Bronwyn Wiechmann are serving up handcrafted cocktails and dishes inspired Central and Eastern European cuisine. The Easter menu will put a German twist on the classic American brunch, all with local ingredients from Boston-area farms. Enjoy German delights like schnitzel and biscuits, pfannkuchen (cast-iron pancakes), haxe hash (beer-braised pork shank), and eclectic cocktails like a Alarmglocke (cold-brew Karma coffee, Polmos Wisniowka, Jagermeiser, Krusovice beer) or a German Bloody Mary (tomato juice, Luksusowa vodka, Hungarian paprika, mustard).

Twigs Cafe

Celebrate Spring in bloom at Tower Hill Botanic Garden. Russell House Tavern

Stephanie’s is known for their sophisticated comfort food, and their brunch menu is no exception.
