Posto Launching Summer Beer Dinner Series

The founders from Mystic, Night Shift, and Bantam Cider will host a five-course dinner and drink pairing.

Starting in July, Posto in Somerville will be hosting a summer beer dinner series, hosted by the brewers of Mystic, Bantam Cider, Night Shift, and Lagunitas. The first dinner will take place on July 1 with Bryan Greenhagen, founder and brewer at Mystic Brewery out of Chelsea. Each of the four dinners will pair local and national brews with five-courses of Posto’s wood-fired Neapolitan pizza and other Italian fare.

Bantam Cider founder Michelle da Silva will join the series on July 22. Chris Marzi, a representative from Lagunitas out of Petuluma, California, will host on August 5. And Michael Oxton, founder and brewer at Night Shift in Everett will close out the series on August 26. Below is a preview of the first menu complete with Mystic beer pairings.
