Brass Union Debuts New Fall Menu

Brass Union in Somerville’s Union Square is debuting their first seasonal menu change starting today. Designed by executive chef Jon Kopacz, the new autumn menu will feature items such as mushroom toast with foraged wild mushrooms and a tomato aioli; sautéed calamari with Italian sausage, swiss chard, and fava beans; a pork loin sandwich with arugula and kewpie mayo; and Drumlin Farms squash ravioli with creamed corn.
