Party of Two to Debut a Sriracha Doughnut Hot Dog at Coppa

After a successful breakfast pop-up at Coppa (complete with maple bacon doughnut breakfast sandwich) on October 4, Party of Two’s Stephanie Cmar and Justin Burke-Samson will be returning to the South End for a late night collaboration with Coppa chef de cuisine Meghann Ward. Starting at 9 p.m. on October 15, Party of Two’s latest pop-up will give a more in-depth glimpse into the chefs’ future brick and mortar, providing more savory options and new desserts.
The newest menu includes:
- Caramelized onions, squash, and horseradish fonduta tart
- Lamb and lentil curry tart
- Kimchi hotdogs with sriracha donut buns
- Sugar and salt donuts
- Space pie (a version of Tang pie – chocolate cookie, orange Tang cream, with a Pop Rock-infused glaze)
Coppa bartenders will be making cocktails for the event and the restaurant will stay open until everything is sold out. Items will range from $3 to $7 and takeout is an option.
