Rosebud Launches Brunch Service This Weekend

Wake up to a smoky brisket hash, meatloaf croque-monsieur, and a loaded Bloody Mary bar.

Rosebud American Kitchen & Bar in Somerville will launch brunch service this Saturday, November 1. Divided into categories like “Something to Share,” “Flying Solo,” and “Between the Sheets,” the menu features down-home dishes with plenty of smoke, sweets, and Southern delicacies. Think a Texas brisket hash, a croque-monsieur with meatloaf, and eggs benedict with hickory ham and collard greens. In addition, Rosebud will offer a selection of griddled omelets, pies by the slice, maple syrup-spiked libations, and a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar.

Rosebud’s brunch will be available from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday. Check out the full menu below:
