Roxy’s and Munch Mobile Kitchen Hosting a Grilled Cheese Throwdown
Two of Boston's most popular food trucks will go head to head to see whose sandwich reigns supreme.
This Thursday, Roxy’s Grilled Cheese’s James DiSabatino will compete in a head to head battle with food truck newcomers Justin Bucenec and Nate Lawrence from Munch Mobile Kitchen. Hosted by Stock Pot Malden at the Triangle Cafe, the chefs will prepare three courses centered around crafting the perfect grilled cheese sandwich. Attendees will act as both judges and diners for all three rounds.
The price of admission will include sandwiches from each competitor, an appetizer, sides, dessert from Kickass Cupcakes, mocktails from Munch, and beer from Somerville’s Aeronaut Brewing.
