Boloco Brings Back ‘Late November’ Burrito

For a limited time, enjoy Thanksgiving dinner wrapped in a tortilla.

Boloco has brought back its popular “Late November” burrito filled with house-roasted turkey, squash with cranberries, herb stuffing, and cranberry sauce. The limited-time offering has been a fan favorite since being introduced in the fall of 2002.

This year, instead of roasting white meat turkey, the Boloco team is utilizing dark braised leg meat. “The leg meat is a highly underutilized cut of the turkey and holds exceptional flavors that are lost with the breast cut,” says Eric Kinniburgh, Boloco’s Director of Culinary.

Boloco plans on offering the burrito throughout the month of November. As always, you can wash it down with that other Boloco fall favorite: the pumpkin shake.
