Get $1 Breakfast Sandwiches at Moody’s Delicatessen

Joshua Smith’s outstanding Waltham deli, Moody’s Delicatessen and Provisions, turns one-year-old on Wednesday, November 12. To celebrate, the chef and butcher is offering his Moody’s Pork Roll for $1.
Inspired by his New Jersey childhood, Smith’s take on classic Taylor Pork Roll combines maple syrup, sausage, and house-cured bacon, all of which is smoked and sliced on top of a griddled English muffin. Each sandwich is made to-order with an American-cheese omelet and Tabasco-spiked ketchup. Smith will be serving his Moody’s Pork Roll breakfast sandwich all day.
