The Greasy Spoon, Grown-Up

When the team behind Posto and the Painted Burro took over Davis Square’s iconic Rosebud Diner this fall, recasting it as Rosebud American Kitchen & Bar, they introduced a menu that has the bones of a classic diner (pie à la mode, meatloaf and mashed potatoes) and the finesse of a modern hot spot.
