Apparently, Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer has been able to get his hands on the same advanced neuroscience technology seen in Christopher Nolan’s Inception, which he’s used to delve into Guy Fieri’s subconscious. At least that’s what it looks like from the first renderings of Kramer’s upcoming Rockin’ & Roastin’ Café, which in set to open in early 2015 at the intersection of Routes 1 and 1A in North Attleborough.

The 1,500 square foot coffeehouse’s “rockstar edge” includes a dragon mural, plush couches, ornate moldings and fixtures, Kramer’s full drum kit from the recent “Let Rock Rule!” tour, and other rock-and-roll images and memorabilia. The debut brick and mortar, an extension of Kramer’s Rockin’ & Roastin’ coffee brand, is a joint venture with business partners, Ron Mann and Frank Cimler, as well as auto-dealership magnate Ernie Boch, Jr.

Along with the surfeit of concert posters and glowering dragons, Rockin’ & Roastin’ Café’s décor will have classic music videos and concerts playing on screens in the background. WiFi will be complimentary and there will even be a 1,500 square foot patio for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Baristas will prepare a variety of coffee drinks utilizing Kramer’s Rockin’ & Roastin’ brews (Guatemala, Ethiopia, Sumatra), signature espresso, and seasonal blends and cappuccinos. The café will offer fresh baked goods like coffee cakes, Danishes, pastries, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches. And for true Rockin’ & Roastin’ enthusiasts, there will be branded apparel, 12-ounce bags of coffee beans, and Kramer’s new single-serve K-cups.

A portion of all coffee sales will be donated to Ernie Boch Jr.’s nonprofit organization, Music Drives Us, which supplies grants for music programs throughout New England.
