Bar Boulud Unveils New Jazz Brunch
Bar Boulud, chef Daniel Boulud’s swanky Boston outpost located inside the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, launched their first ever Sunday Jazz Brunch over the weekend. The now weekly affair features music from the Lance Houston Jazz Quartet and all new menu from executive chef Aaron Chambers (formerly of Boulud Sud in New York), with dishes like his cripsy duck egg with duck prosciutto, crepes, waffles, and a corned short rib hash with sweet potatoes, leeks, and sauce bordelaise.
