Rosebud Kitchen Adds Lunch Service

Starting this Friday, swing by for a Cuban quesadilla or a midday chicken fried catfish sandwich.

Starting on December 19, Rosebud American Kitchen & Bar will be offering a new lunch menu. Chef John Delpha will serve up an elevated comfort food and creative barbecue from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Friday, with plans to expand lunch service to other days of the week further down the road.

Besides dinner favorites like Delpha’s griddled cheeseburgers and his Texas Rachel in a Skirt, Rosebud will be offering new dishes like a country croque monsieur with hickory ham and smoked gouda, a veal parmesan burger, and a Cuban quesadilla served with citrus crema. See below for more details.
