Enjoy All Things Bacon and Bourbon on Anthem’s New Brunch Menu
On January 25, Anthem Kitchen + Bar is channeling its inner Ron Swanson, and serving an entire brunch menu centered around whiskey and everyone’s favorite caloric breakfast meat: bacon. Whether you like it Canadian, candied, or apple wood smoked, chef Ben Hennemuth has you covered.
From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., get your hands on dishes like bourbon-kissed pork belly and cheesy grits, a double breakfast burger with bacon and pancetta hollandaise, or a monte cristo slathered with bourbon bacon jam. If that weren’t hedonistic enough, Anthem’s breakfast cocktails will even have traces of salt and sow. Try an Old Fashioned with bacon-infused bourbon, a Bloody Mary with a a bacon rim, or the Bacon + Chocolate (chocolate vodka, root beer liqueur, chocolate porter, and candied bacon).
Not a fan of whiskey and swine? Anthem Kitchen + Bar will also serve their regular brunch menu during the Bourbon and Bacon bash.
