Bistro du Midi kicks off their redeveloped brunch service this weekend with an entirely new menu, reservations, and access to its scenic upstairs dining room for the first time ever.

Enjoy one of the best views of Boston Common with executive chef Robert Sisca’s new seasonal, Provencal-inspired menu like his tea-cured salmon benedict with an optional caviar addition, lemon buttermilk pancakes, the Trumpet Royale mushroom omelette, and fennel and potato pancakes with chorizo and blood orange crème fraiche.

Head sommelier Todd Lipman has also crafted unique cocktails to match Bistro’s new breakfast fare including the Champagne Cocktail au Provence (Domaine Collin Tradition, Crémant de Limoux Brut, lavender and grapefruit bitters) and a Bouillabaisse Bloody Mary—a towering concoction filled with saffron-scented seafood broth, tomato, anise, fresh horseradish, vodka, and a jumbo prawn sticking out the top. See below for the full menu.
