Trina’s Starlite Launches Sunday Brunch

Fans of Trina’s Starlite Lounge’s original Monday Brunch have one more reason to rejoice. Starting this weekend, for the first time ever, Trina’s will introduce Sunday brunch, taking place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Enjoy house-made Pop Tarts, breakfast pizzas, Captain Crunch French toast, and all of chef Suzi Maitland’s hedonistic breakfast sandwiches, like the fried bologna on Texas toast with an over-easy egg.
Manning the bar will be beverage legends Dave Cagle (Lone Star Taco Bar) and Sam Spence (West Bridge), serving up classic cocktails like the Bloody Mary with house-infused vegetable vodka, and the Adirondack with butter-infused bourbon, maple syrup, and a chocolate-covered bacon garnish.
