Barry Maiden, master of the Southern-fried spinoff, has introduced a brand new brunch service at State Park in Cambridge. Launched over the weekend, the menu includes hangover salves like a foie gras toad in the hole, farmers cheese blintzes, eggs benedict with a Tabasco hollandaise, and Maiden’s signature fried chicken in either Nashville hot or Tabasco honey.

Brunch will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, the restaurant is extending its hours in an inspired movement they’re calling “7 days, 14 meals with bonus day drinking time in between.” Lunch will now be served from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. every weekday,  with daily dinner service available from 5 p.m. to midnight.
