We’re in the throes of foodie mashup hell thanks to creations like the ramen burger, the cronut, and pretty much everything on Taco Bell’s breakfast menu. Now local chain, Boloco, is getting in on all the infusion fun, with their new spring offering, the cheeseburger burrito. Made with ground beef, oozy queso, house-made pickles, lettuce, tomato, and “burger sauce” (undoubtedly some combination of ketchup and mayo), the fast food amalgam will be available either in bowl or burrito form.

Boloco has already started testing its tubular cheeseburger at five of its area restaurants (Boston Commons, Northeastern, Downtown Crossing, Fort Eddy, and Berklee College of Music), with a wider release set for May 4. Following in the footsteps of tortilla-wrapped predecessors like the “Late November,” the cheeseburger burrito will only be available for a month, but the chain says that if they they’ll consider extending its run if they receive enough positive feedback.

Prices are as follows:

  • Big bowl $8.99
  • Original $6.99
  • Small $5.99
  • Mini $4.79
