Ribelle Hosting Star-Studded ‘Rabble-Rouser’ Dinner
Recent Food & Wine Best New Chef recipient, Tim Maslow (Ribelle, Strip-T’s), will play host to Texas native Justin Holt, on back-to-back collaborative dinners at Ribelle on July 20 and 21. Holt, executive sous chef at of one Dallas’ top restaurants, Lucia, will work with Maslow to create a tasting menu that combines their mutual passion for Italian and Japanese cuisines, as well as a casual à la carte izakaya-style menu with sashimi, yakitori, and ramen. The six-course tasting menu on July 20 will have two seatings, one at 6 p.m. and the other at 8:30 p.m., both priced at $85 per person. The “Rabble-Rouser” izakaya menu will be available on July 21 from 6 to 10 p.m. with walk-ins accepted.
