Joey Kramer’s growing coffee empire is creeping into Massachusetts.

The Aerosmith drummer will open a Rockin’ & Roastin’ Cafe in North Attleboro in April, according to the Sun Chronicle, just a few months after his restaurant and cafe of a similar name and style opened at Sunday River Mountain in Maine.

The town of North Attleboro is located about 45 miles south of Boston, near the Rhode Island state line.

The coffee shop, described as “a coffeehouse with rockstar edge,” complete with Kramer’s full drum kit from the recent Let Rock Rule! world tour on display and music videos to be shown on various television screens, is another extension of the musician’s popular organic coffee line. Kramer’s Rockin’ & Roastin’ coffee can be found in 2,000 locations around the world, including certain House of Blues spots and ski resorts.

The North Attleboro spot, Kramer’s first Rockin’ & Roastin’ coffeeshop, is near the Patriot Subaru car dealership, near the intersection of Routes 1 and 1A. The land housing the 1,500-square-foot cafe is owned by car czar and music fan Ernie Boch Jr., who pitched the land to Kramer’s camp.

The Sun Chronicle notes that the interior of the North Attleboro coffee shop “will feature plush seating and dark crimson tones with ornate moldings and fixtures,” and “in addition to coffee, the cafe will sell baked goods and breakfast sandwiches in the morning and lunch sandwiches and salads the rest of the day.”
