Visiting family in the suburbs, or starting your holiday shopping this week? Island Creek Oyster Bar’s newest location debuted lunch just in time. The Burlington outpost served up its first confit tuna melts and jalapeño-buttermilk biscuit sandwiches today starting at 11:30 a.m.
Check out executive chef Nicola Hobson’s menu below. Like at dinnertime, ICOB Burlington has an expanded crudo and ceviche program from its Kenmore Square sibling, so you can start your mid-day meal with yellowfin tuna poke, or spicy halibut ceviche. Or, try lobster toast with avocado mousse and a fried egg. Craving something warm on this brisk day? Soups, like brown butter lobster bisque, or the day’s special, come with a cheddar crouton; and the lobster roll can be ordered warm-buttered or chilled. Take a look at the full opening menu below.
ICOB Burlington is now open Monday-Saturday at 11:30 a.m., and at 10 a.m. for Sunday brunch. Dinner begins nightly at 5 p.m.
