It's a Christmas miracle.

Keytar Bear has toured around the cities’ MBTA stations for years now, occasionally popping up near Fenway Park, Downtown Crossing, and even New York City to serenade us with his funky jams. But for his next act, he’s stopping through Somerville to host a holiday pajama party.

On Tuesday, December 20, the beloved Boston bear will perform at the Painted Burro for a festive night of boozy drinks, holiday cookies, and electronic tunes. To really get into the spirit of the season, guests are encouraged to arrive in their most festive PJs. The party kicks off at 9 p.m.

The whereabouts of the costume-clad musician are typically unknown, his performances serving as more of a pleasant surprise than planned event. Now that we know where he’ll be rocking out later this month, we can pre-game his arrival with cocktails and tacos. Let’s just hope he takes requests.
