If you’re still somehow skeptical of the plant-based fare that’s made By Chloe buzzworthy and beloved, maybe “Fenway nachos” will put you over the edge. Topped with spicy vegan “chorizo,” black bean salsa, and jalapeños, the secret menu item is an exclusive at the newest By Chloe, opening this Thursday, June 1, on Van Ness Street.

By Chloe debuted its first Boston-area location in the Seaport in February, giving local food fans (and Instagrammers) a taste of the burgers, fries and beet ketchup, and mushroom bacon-topped macaroni and “cheese” that put the New York brand on the map. The entire menu of made-to-order and grab-and-go sandwiches and pastas, baked goods and dairy-free ice cream, and beverages is available in Fenway, and then some.

The new location has a beer and wine license, making it a healthy-ish option for pre-gaming Red Sox games and other Fenway festivities. It will also serve weekend brunch, with items like Mom’s Cinnamon Roll, quinoa hash browns, and the Early Bird, with scrambled tofu and vegan maple sausage.

Despite a public breakup with celebrity cofounder and namesake Chloe Coscarelli earlier this year, By Chloe is expanding rapidly. The company has a new outpost in Los Angeles, and two more on the way to New York City, plus a Providence restaurant coming this summer.

Located the corner on Van Ness and Kilmarnock streets, By Chloe Fenway is the largest outpost yet at 3,000 square feet. It seats 75 inside, with wide doors overlooking additional seating for 26 outside. By Chloe’s signature swing chairs are red and white at this location, a subtle nod to the home team.

“Boston has been so good to us and we cannot wait to become part of the vibrant and growing Fenway neighborhood [and] experience our first Red Sox season,” says By Chloe cofounder Samantha Wasser.

By Chloe will be open daily from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-midnight on Friday, 10 a.m.-midnight on Saturday, and 10 a.m.-10 p.m. on Sunday.
