The culinary excitement at the Prudential Center this weekend isn’t all about Terra’s new lunch menu—a gigantic new Earls Kitchen + Bar also opens Friday, September 8.

Earls spans more than 14,000 square feet inside the Back Bay building, which makes it the Canadian restaurant group’s largest location yet. The lounge on the mall’s atrium level is lined with TVs, and the bar features classic cocktails, 4-for-$10 shots, house-made sodas, and more. On the second floor, find a 300-seat dining room and the open kitchen. Above that, a roof deck seats more than 200 people underneath a giant tree and twinkling lights. It has a retractable roof for three-season enjoyment, to boot.

Earls opened its first Boston-area location at Assembly Row in 2014, and the Prudential restaurant will be its 66th in North America. The independent company still makes everything in-house, from scratch, though. Eater Boston shared a peek at the Back Bay menu—no matter what you’re in the mood for, from sushi, to avocado toast, tacos, Jamaican jerk chicken, and more, you’ll find it at Earls.

Take a look inside Earls at the Prudential Center, which features exclusive art by locals Christopher DeLorenzo, Scott Listfield, and Timmy Sneaks. It opens Friday at 11:30 a.m. The lights stay on until at least midnight every night, and Earls starts brunch at 10 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
