Ramen fans, if you missed this week’s deluge of noodle events, fear not. An exciting additional dinner is on the books for later this month: Ivan Ramen is popping up again at Uni.

Ivan Orkin, who owns a handful of acclaimed, eponymous noodle shops in both Tokyo and New York City, kicked off a guest chef series at Uni last February, and returns this month for one night only.

A few of Orkin’s signature dishes are on the menu—check out his lineup below—alongside a streamlined array of Uni’s sushi, sashimi, and street food from chef and partner Tony Messina. The pop-up booked up in less than a week last time, so reserve your seat now to ensure you get to slurp—though a quarter of the restaurant will be kept open for walk-ins.

In the immediate future, different New Yorkers noodle into Somerville this weekend. Brooklyn Ramen pops up at Union Square’s Reliable Market tonight for dinner, and lunch on Saturday, Feb. 3. Read all about it over here.
