An indulgent holiday-season lunch doesn’t have to mean several courses (and glasses of wine), over a couple of hours, inside a decked-out dining room: counter-service seafood shack Luke’s Lobster in the Back Bay proves that with an affordable Petrossian Caviar add-on to its popular, $16 lobster roll.

For $50, the lobster roll comes with a 20-gram tin of of Petrossian’s classic Baika caviar—enough to top the roll, and to dip into with the side of Cape Cod Potato Chips. The Serbian caviar retails at $65 for 30 grams, so the Luke’s deal is quite a steal.

The Baika caviar brings woodiness, bright notes of fruit, and added brine to Luke’s classic roll. It’s available through the end of the year at the Back Bay location of Luke’s Lobster, as well as select other locations in New York, Las Vegas, and Washington, D.C.
