Thanks to her pedigree as the longtime chef at beloved brunch hotspot Lulu’s Allston, we’ve been anticipating the launch of the weekend meal at chef Sarah Wade’s brand-new restaurant, Stillwater. Following a few weeks of brunch-dish specials, the new menu is officially here, and it does not disappoint—and as an added bonus, it’ll be available on Saturday, Sunday, and this coming Monday, in honor of Columbus Day.

The Stillwater brunch menu is expansive, with tons of savory and sweet options. There are all things eggs, from sandwiches, to a biscuit Benedict, to a pair of scrambled egg-and-smoked pork tacos. Lulu’s fans will be heartened to see a pile of Cajun-spiced tater tots topped with poached eggs and hollandaise; with smoked pork and a drizzle of chili oil, it’s an updated riff on Wade’s former Lulu’s menu classic “white trash hash.” There are also plenty of morning-friendly snacks at Stillwater, such as crumbly biscuits served with maple-bacon butter; pancake battered-sausage patties drizzled in warm maple syrup; and individual-sized banana Cocoa Puff cereal bread.

Check out the new brunch menu below. Beginning Saturday, Oct. 12, Stillwater serves brunch every weekend from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., including on holiday Mondays.
