While its pink and porky food trucks remain in the garage, this bacon-centric brand’s Charlestown cafe will open for a no-contact pig roast this Saturday. Just in time for Memorial Day, two favorite local spots have established a convenient, one-shop stop for beer and barbecue. And so, naturally, Brato chef Jonathan Gilman is preparing a complementary feast.
