The team has earned honors including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, national design awards for all three showrooms, and Sean was recently named a “Top 50 Innovator” in the kitchen industry. Sean’s sister Jill leads the Clarke Family Foundation, while her husband Mike Fotiades is Clarke’s director of operations and the driving force behind their service company Clarke Customer Care. However, none of this would have happened without Tom’s dad, Jim Clarke, Sr., meeting Sub-Zero founder Westye Bakke in 1959, and becoming Sub-Zero’s top independent sales rep.
