If you’ve been anxiously awaiting the opening of the new luxury condominiums near the Broadway T station, you’re not alone. Excitement has been building around the City Point Capital developed project since construction started in October 2016.
In celebration of its upcoming opening, we got the inside scoop on 14 WEST.
Marketed by Caulfield Properties of Compass Real Estate, this 10-story South Boston building will consist of 49 residential condos, ranging from one- to four-bedroom residences. Each unit will feature stainless steel appliances, engineered hardwood floors, marble bathrooms, and in-home Sonos sound system entertainment. Additionally, the units are designed as open concept layouts with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering incredible views of the surrounding cityscape.
Other amenities will include a 24-hour concierge and security with a drive-through portico serviced by valet staff and underground parking. Residents are granted key card access to a private fitness center with treadmills, free weights, and Peloton bikes. Dog walking, dry cleaning pickup and drop-off, and house cleaning services are also available.
“14 WEST is the first luxury residential building in South Boston to provide full-service, hotel living amenities,” says Kevin Caulfield, the managing director at Compass.
For residents looking to dine or drink in, a 350-seat restaurant will be located on the ground floor, as well as a cocktail-friendly oversized roof deck with panoramic views of downtown Boston and the waterfront.
The prime location rests at the meeting point of the city’s three hottest neighborhoods: South Boston, South End, and Seaport.
Caulfield says he knows 14 WEST will usher in a new era of real estate to the already highly coveted region.
