What is it?

If your workplace inspires employees and provides a unique, engaging environment worthy of recognition, we encourage you to register for our inaugural Top Company Culture Awards. Qualifying companies will be featured in the May 2025 issue of Boston magazine and receive a printed award to display.

Who can participate?

Companies located in Greater Boston (within I495) with at least 10 full-time employees can register.

What’s the process?

Registration is open until August 23 and takes 5 minutes to complete.

Starting in late September, Best Company Group will conduct the employee survey process at which time a random selection of employees will complete a survey to determine qualification. Companies that score above the qualifying threshold will be notified by November 19th.
