We know that you spend hours (read: days) on Pinterest, and that Instagram has been your go-to for bridal inspiration. But what about the rest of your planning? Toss the binder and digitize your wedding. We’ve gathered a few smartphone apps that make it all a breeze.

iWedding: This app helps you plan just about every aspect of your wedding. It’s a budget-tracking, guest-list-making, does-everything-but-cut-your-cake wonder. You can see what needs to be done, what has already been done, and even break things into sub-categories like tailoring appointments, seating charts, and guest lists. Bummer for engaged Android users, though—it’s only available on iPhones. $4.99.

Appy Couple: If you want to share your wedding with the world, this is the app to do it with. Staying with you from the engagement to the honeymoon, it includes a personalized wedding website, invitation information, photo sharing, RSVPs, a registry, maps, and more. You can not only organize, but also get input from other planning participants. There’s even a feature that lets you celebrate your nuptials with virtual champagne. Starts at $35.

MyRegistry: If you’re creating a registry, you’ll want to register here, too. Consider it one big store where you can find gifts from any other store. You can build the perfect wish list, track what’s being purchased along the way, and add items to your list quickly by scanning barcodes. There’s even a way to create a cash gift fund. Free.

Snapsure: When your bridesmaids are scattered around the country, wedding gown shopping can be a lonely drag. With this handy app, you snap a photo, choose your friends, type a comment, and set a timer for them to weigh in. Your friends get an alert and, assuming they’re prompt, all vote on whether they like your pick or not. Free.

The Knot: This is a no-brainer. The new app was launched this April, and is a wedding planning dream. It gives access to 250,000 vendors (you can talk to them through an inbox), a budget tool that tracks your payments, a wedding checklist that you can personalize, a place to store all your photos in one place, and more. Free.
