You thought you had your beauty timeline down perfectly, but somehow those pesky greys are making their presence known the morning of your wedding. No worries. It’s easy to give them the brush off with our favorite root concealers.

Rita Hazan Root Concealer For Gray Coverage ($25, Sephora stores): The small pinpoint actuator helps apply the product exactly where you want it, in a light, steady stream. It dries fast, stays put until you shampoo it out, and comes in five shades.

Oribe Airbrush Root Touch-Up Spray ($25, Patrice Vinci Salon, 91 Newbury Street): This spray-on formula covers even the toughest grays. A quick trick for grooms: Spray it on a comb and let him comb it through his beard for natural-looking gray recovery.

Color WOW ($33, available at Salon Eva Michelle, 118 Newbury Street): Gail Federici, cofounder of John Frieda’s hair care, created this easy brush-on powder that lasts until your next shampoo. From platinum to jet black, it comes in seven shades with a two-headed brush for thick or thin application.

Bumble and Bumble Hair Powder ($36, available at bumbleandbumble.com): One of the original hair powders on the market, just a quick hit of this spray-on powder transforms your gray hair back. It’s best used on oily locks, so don’t wash your hair immediately before using—hit the showers the night before.

TouchBack Pro Marker ($25, available at ULTA stores): Just draw on your hair with this easy-to-control thick marker, and you’ll erase all those pesky greys. Available in eight shades, it dries in a minute and won’t come off until you want it to.
