Loryn Feinberg, MD, is the Director of the Women's Cardiovascular Program at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. She specializes in advanced imaging modalities of the heart, including the interpretation of echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac MRI. Dr. Feinberg's clinical areas of interest include intensive care cardiology and the evaluation and treatment of women with a wide range of cardiac conditions, pre-conception counseling, and management of pregnant women with complex cardiovascular disease.

Expertise in general cardiology, echocardiography, stress testing, and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging. Evaluation and treatment of patients with coronary heart disease, valvular disease, pericardial disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias.

Awards or Certifications

Dr. Feinberg is board-certified in cardiovascular disease and echocardiography, and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. She holds a faculty appointment at Harvard Medical School. She is also a Boston board member of the American Heart Association.

What's your background, education and training?

Dr. Feinberg received her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency and chief residency training. She received her sub-specialty cardiovascular fellowship training and training in cardiovascular imaging at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston and joined the cardiology staff at BIDMC in 2006.
