Your private one or two bedroom apartment will be a light filled living space with windows you can open and a contemporary kitchen. You’ll enjoy generous closet space and a full bath designed with your safety in mind. Individually controlled heating and air conditioning mean you can set the temperature to what makes you most comfortable.

The dedicated, competent staff are available each business day. The In-House maintenance team includes two members who live in the building, meaning that help is only minutes away 24/7. There is a full menu of activities throughout the week including on-going fitness groups and individual work. Lifelong learning including classes, lectures, webinars and book groups are designed with resident interests in mind. Music and cultural events are scheduled during the week and weekends.

Your monthly fee includes 13 meals each week including continental breakfast and dinner each Monday through Saturday and a festive Sunday brunch. Also included are bi-monthly housekeeping and flat linen services. Utilities including your water and electricity are included, saving you thousands each year.
